If we don’t currently deliver to your area, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. As our business grows, we plan to expand our delivery schedule.

Order cut off is 12pm the day before delivery or collection.

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Our fruit and veggies are always fresh, or we’ll replace or refund them! Simple.

What if I’m not happy with the quality of my produce?

We hope this is a rare or never occurrence for you! We take pride in the quality of our produce and have had overwhelmingly positive feedback about it. If you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us on the same day of purchase so we can arrange an exchange or refund for you.

We appreciate your understanding as there are a couple of reasons some rogue fruit and veggies might sneak into your box.

Our team personally places each item into your box. We pack large quantities of produce each pack run, so occasionally some items with spots or bruises do sneak through.

Sometimes our suppliers give us produce that isn’t the greatest. If this is the case, we follow up with them to make sure it’s as fresh as can be for the next time.

We often select imperfect produce, which isn't always the perfect, uniform shape we’ve become accustomed to seeing in the supermarkets. We might get curly capsicums, tiny avocados, fruit with marks, hail spots or bursting due to a heavy downpour of rain. Our experience over the past 6 years is that this produce is just as fresh and tasty as their perfect looking counterparts.

We think the regular, cheaper lines are just fine for our family and yours. Better for our budgets too. We will ensure the produce is as fresh as possible and we don’t put anything in the box that we’re not happy to put in our own fridge at home.

If, however, you get your box home and you’re unhappy for any reason, be it bruised apples or perished produce, we will be happy to work out an exchange or refund for you. Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible after you receive your box.

If you have simply changed your mind or forgotten to collect your order, we are unfortunately unable to refund or exchange perishable products.
